I love what I do, and I hope to see you soon 🩷 ◦ If you must cancel/reschedule please do so 24hrs prior to scheduled appointment time. ◦ I charge a 50% of service fee for cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. ◦ No call no shows result in a 50% service fee charge. • If you cancel an appointment that required a deposit within the 24 hour window, you forfeit that deposit and will have to place another to book a new appointment. ◦ All clients 10 minutes late to scheduled appointment will be rescheduled and will be subject to cancellation fee. ◦ Not confirming your scheduled appointment via the text/email sent 24-48 hours before your appointment DOES NOT mean your appointment is cancelled, you must call/text/email to cancel your appointment. » All sales are final, and I hold the right to refuse service «
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. • Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service fee. • No-Call / No-Show: Failing to show up for your appointment without notice will also result in a 50% service fee. • Deposits: If an appointment requiring a deposit is canceled within the 24-hour window, the deposit is non-refundable. A new deposit will be required to rebook. • Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive 10 minutes late or more will be rescheduled and charged the 50% service fee. • Appointment Confirmations: Not confirming your appointment via the automated text or email does not cancel your appointment. You must call, text, or email to cancel. • Refunds & Right to Refuse Service: All sales are final, and I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion.
